Orders and Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Your order is shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivered in 2 to 6 business days within mainland France (3 to 5 days on average). You will receive an email with the tracking link upon shipment.

Is delivery free?

Yes, standard delivery is free on all orders within mainland France, with no minimum purchase. Faster options are available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@windup.fr. As long as the order has not been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Write to us at contact@windup.fr: we will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective products or an error on our part. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

What if my product is defective?

Write to us with a photo of the issue — we will send you a replacement or process a refund, according to your preference, with no return fees.

Are bladeless fans really quiet?

Yes. The Flow and Flow Junior models operate at less than 25 dB — you can work, read, or sleep undisturbed.

Are the products guaranteed?
